Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your device.

Returns

Unopened, unused devices in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.

Defective items

If a device arrives defective or stops working under normal use within the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace or refund at no cost to you. Please email service@lankasmartswitch.lk with photos / a description of the issue.

Installation services

Installation labour is non-refundable once work has commenced. However we’ll return at no charge to address any issue arising from our installation within 90 days.

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order details and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process and arrange the return or replacement.
